RECS International is pleased to welcome a new member: On Power from Iceland.

On 20 September 2018 the Open Markets Committee took place in Madrid, a jointly event organized by RECS International and the Association of Issuing Bodies (AIB). This 11th edition of the event, which welcomes members from both organizations to discuss developments in the markets for Guarantees of Origin, was well attended. Presentations and the attendance list can be downloaded below. 

As in previous years, RECS International is collaborating with the the RE-Source platform for the event taking place in Amsterdam on 2 and 3 October 2019. The RE-Source event gathers leading experts to discuss the latest trends in PPAs and the corporate sourcing of renewable energy.

RECS International has signed the joint statement to keep EU energy and emissions markets protected from VAT fraud beyond 2018.

The registration module for the Open Markets Committee and the RECS General Meeting (for RECS members only) is soon closing. 

RECS International is welcoming input for the REC Market Meeting in 2019. This 9th edition will take place at NH Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam, the Netherlands on 12 and 13 March. This year´s theme: Markets driving growth in renewables.

The REC Market Meeting is changing and innovating. Last year we welcomed the most attendees ever and our conference was the most extensive it has been so far, yet with this coming edition we are gearing up for something even bigger. Interested parties can now apply for a sponsorship.
