RECS supports the implementation of full consumption disclosure across Europe and has made the case for including full consumption disclosure in the European Union's 'Fit for 55' package, which is currently being debated in the European institutions.
To support its case, RECS has published a detailed examination of how full consumption disclosure has been successfully implemented in the Netherlands.
This report briefly introduces the topic of full disclosure, shows how the Netherlands has implemented its full disclosure policy, and evaluates how successful the implementation has been, based upon market statistics and the experience of the Dutch Issuing Body CertiQ.
