In 2020 the REC Market Meeting celebrates its 10th anniversary. What started out as a small meeting in 2010 to provide a platform for discussing Guarantees of Origin (GOs) in Europe has grown to become one of the largest and best respected conferences for experts in the development of energy attribute certificates and demand-side choice for energy consumers around the world. The conference provides advanced technical knowledge, guidance on national and international legislative developments and the latest market insights.
In 2020 we are seeking to involve and include as wide a range of participants as possible by running a specific conference track to support newcomers to energy-attribute tracking systems and markets.
There will also be a policy track for delegates looking to catch up on the latest thinking on attribute tracking and a country track for those seeking a deeper understanding of specific markets and systems. In addition to this varied and rich programme the conference provides an excellent setting for networking.
The REC Market Meeting will take place at the Okura Hotel in Amsterdam on 31 March and 1 April. On the afternoon of Monday 30 March, pre-conference sessions are scheduled as in previous years.
