The Guarantee of Origin system is currently governed by the Renewable Energy Directive (2009/28/EC). However, GO systems do vary between Member States. The link below provides information regarding the Italian GO system.

The event will be held on 12 and 13 March 2019 at the NH Collections Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky in Amsterdam.
