In order to gain input from members on the specific challenges of compliance with EU legislation relating to Guarantees of Origin, RECS International is establishing the Compliance Working Group.
Initially, this will be the venue for discussion on, and development of, the RECS International legal opinion on whether GOs could be classified as financial instruments.
The Legal Working Group, established previously, will be maintained, and will discuss matters such as the revision of standard contracts.
