As part of RECS’ strategic review, the board and Secretariat agreed to encourage and support the development of national GO groups.
Strong examples of this already exist in France and Germany following local initiatives. The RECS Secretariat is unable to facilitate the development of such groups from the top down but would be very happy to support their creation from the bottom up.
