SKM is one of the oldest and largest brokerage firms in the Nordic electricity market. SKM has been active in the electricity market since the deregulation of the Swedish power market in 1996 and
from the start of the el-certificate market in 2003.
Since 2003 SKM has been publishing live and historical market prices as well as weekly updates without any charge. SKM’s position as a neutral broker without any ties or ownership linked to any company group in the market has allowed us to contribute with that service to all participants in the market; producers, distributors, insurance companies, financiers, authorities.
