RECS International Members should be aware of some potential temporary disruption to the issuance of Guarantees of Origin in Finland.
According to the notice published by Fingrid, issuance will be temporarily suspended for generation from 1st July due to delays in the Finish legislative reform process. Finextra will issue Guarantees of Origin in July for energy generated in June as normal, in accordance with the existing terms and conditions of service. Guarantees of Origin for generation from July onwards will be issued retroactively for the whole suspension period.
